12 digit UPC’s on all sellable units. Case UPC’s on outer case.
Labelling must be Canadian compliant bilingual packaging.
Any supplements in Canada must carry a Natural Product Number (NPN) from Health Canada on the printed label.
In order to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your products, we kindly request that you provide the following information:

Canadian Compliance: All labels and packaging must meet Canadian regulatory requirements, including compliance with Bill 96. HABA Products: Full ingredient declaration must appear on the product label. Food Products: Must include a Canadian Nutritional Facts Panel on the packaging. You can submit a picture of your product labels/ certificate. Mail to:
Forward a full sample set of your products to the address below. For vendors outside of Canada, any brokerage or duty fees are the responsibility of the vendor. Although samples sent are no charge, there must be a real value listed on the customs documents. Any products with a zero value will not clear customs and therefore will not be delivered.
